PD Neurotechnology Ltd is steadily strengthening its position and reputation while effectively respond ing to challenges in the demanding field of Information Security and Privacy. Based on its experience and expertise, the company aims to continuously expand its Information Security and Privacy services, delivered by experienced and skilled personnel, with a consistent focus on quality, safety, security, and the full satisfaction of the needs and requirements of all interested parties. PD Neurotechnology Ltd has implemented an Information Security and Privacy Management System (ISMS/PIMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022, extended by ISO/IEC 27701:2019, and is committed to the following:
1. Understanding and satisfying the needs and requirements of all interested parties relevant to the scope of the ISMS/PIMS by delivering secure, safe, and high-quality products and services.
2. Ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed, handled, or maintained, electronically or physically, by the company.
3. Ensuring compliance with Greek and European legislation regarding personal data and privacy management, communications, and copyright.
4. Empowering data subjects to make informed decisions about who can process their personal data and for what purposes, in accordance with the company’s activities.
5. Ensuring the timely identification and prompt response to emergencies involving actual or suspected breaches of the company’s information security and privacy.
6. Protecting the company’s investment in information and communications technologies by ensuring their security, reliability, and proper use.
7. Continuously improving the ISMS/PIMS to achieve its objectives and enhance its overall effectiveness for the benefit of the company, its employees, society, and all interested parties.
It is important for PD Neurotechnology Ltd to allocate the necessary resources to support its ISMS/PIMS and to equip information security personnel with the knowledge needed to utilize their
skills and capabilities. The company acknowledges the objectives of the ISMS/PIMS and supports their implementation.
